What we collect,
and what we do with it.
The short version
- We collect what we need to teach you safely and take a booking. Nothing more.
- We do not sell your information, and we never have.
- Your card details go to Stripe. We never see or store them.
- You tell us health information so we can adapt your sessions. It stays between you and your instructor.
- You can ask us what we hold, correct it, or ask us to delete it.
The full terms are below. If anything here does not match what you were told, the written terms are what apply, so ask us and we will fix it.
Who we are
Priorizame, LLC, doing business as Priorízame, at 4770 S 900 E, Murray City, Utah 84117. You can reach us on 801-930-0591 or knight.deneiva@outlook.com.
This policy covers this website, our booking and payment systems, and the emails and texts we send.
What you give us
Contact details. Name, email address, phone number.
Booking information. The sessions you book, attend, cancel or miss.
Payment information. Handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last four digits of the card. We never see the full number.
Health information. What you tell us at intake and afterwards: injuries, surgeries, pregnancy and postpartum status, conditions that affect safe movement, and anything your provider has advised.
Emergency contact. A name and number, used only in an emergency.
Anything you write to us. Messages sent through the contact form, by email or by text.
What we collect automatically
When you use the website we collect standard technical information: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived.
We use cookies and similar tracking, including analytics and advertising pixels from Google and Meta, to understand which pages are useful and whether our ads reach the right people. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalised advertising through Google’s and Meta’s own ad settings. Blocking cookies may stop parts of the site working properly.
Why we use it
- To teach you safely and adapt sessions to your body.
- To take bookings, run the schedule, and manage waitlists.
- To process payments and memberships.
- To reply when you contact us.
- To send you studio updates, class news and offers, if you asked for them.
- To understand how the website and our advertising are performing.
- To meet our legal and insurance obligations.
A note about health information
We are a Pilates studio, not a healthcare provider, and we are not a HIPAA covered entity. The health information you share is not protected health information in the legal sense.
We treat it carefully regardless. It is used to keep you safe in a session, it is seen only by your instructor, and it is not shared with anyone else unless you ask us to, or unless we are legally required to.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information and we do not rent or trade it. We share it only with the services that make the studio run:
Vagaro, for booking, scheduling, client records and intake.
Stripe, for payments.
GoHighLevel, for forms, email and text messaging.
Google and Meta, for website analytics and advertising.
Professional advisers, such as our accountant or lawyer, where needed.
Emergency services, if you need medical help while you are with us.
Each of these has its own privacy policy governing what it does with the information. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Email and text messages
We only email or text you about the studio if you asked us to. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Full details are on our SMS Terms page.
Messages about a booking you have made, such as a confirmation or a cancellation, are not marketing and will still reach you.
Photographs and video
Your consent to appear in studio photography is optional, is made on your participation agreement, and can be withdrawn in writing at any time for future use. Declining does not affect anything else. See Membership Terms.
How long we keep it
We keep client and booking records for as long as you are a client and for a period afterwards, so that we have a record if a question or a claim arises later. Signed participation agreements and payment records are kept for longer, because insurance and tax rules require it.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
Tell you what information we hold about you.
Correct anything that is wrong.
Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
Stop sending you marketing emails or texts.
Write to us and we will respond. We will not treat you differently for asking.
