FOUNDING MEMBERS ARE OPEN ⋅ 40 SPOTS ⋅ DOORS OPEN WEDNESDAY 14 OCTOBER

GROUP CLASSES

Six spots.

Never more.

Small enough that the instructor knows your name and can see what you are doing.
WHY SIX

A class you can

actually be corrected in.

In a room of thirty, nobody is watching you. Form slips, something starts to ache, and the only feedback you get is from a mirror. At six, your instructor sees every rep, and there is room to adjust you mid-exercise instead of hoping you sort it out.
WHAT WE RUN

Three classes,

Tuesdays and Thursdays.

01

Mat Sculpt Pilates

Classical Pilates principles with light resistance. Core, glutes, posture and the small stabilising muscles nothing else reaches. Intimate, guided, and more challenging than it looks from the doorway.
02

Barre

Low impact strength work borrowed from ballet conditioning. High repetition, small range, and a burn that arrives somewhere around minute three. Nothing pounds through your knees.
03

Red Light Fascia

Fascia release work under red light. Slower than the other two, aimed at the connective tissue that gets stiff and stays stiff. Good on a recovery day or after a hard training week.
ONE THING TO KNOW

The reformer is not

a group class here.

Plenty of studios run reformer classes with a dozen machines. This one has two, and they are reserved for privates and duets, so the person on them gets hands-on cueing rather than a demonstration from the front.

Group classes here are mat, barre and fascia. If the reformer is what you came for, that is a private or a duet.

HOW TO JOIN ONE

Packs, or

one at a time.

There is no membership needed for group classes. Buy ten and work through them, or drop in when the week allows.

Classes fill at six, and a waitlist opens as soon as they do. If a spot frees up you are notified automatically through Vagaro.

NEW TO THIS?

You can absolutely

start in a class.

Mat and barre are a fine place to begin, and at six people nobody is going to leave you behind. If you would rather learn the fundamentals one-on-one first, one private is usually enough before you join a class feeling like you know what you are doing.
